Fees & Rebates

 Your fee is payable at the end of your appointment by cheque or cash. Please call or email to discuss the schedule of fees. 

 Under the ‘Extra Packages’ most Private Health Funds offer rebates for psychological treatment. These conditions and rebate amounts can vary between private health funds, so please check your fund regarding entitlements. 

 Eligible clients can access Medicare rebates. You will need a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP. To assess your eligibility for this scheme, you need to book a double appointment with your GP. Once you have a MHCP you will receive a rebate back from Medicare. 

 24 hours notice for session cancellation is appreciated. This allows sufficient time to offer your appointment to another person who may be waiting for a cancellation. A fee may be charged for non-attendance or cancellation less than 24 hours.
